Cut banana in 1-inch thick slices and spread out on a large plate or flat pan
Put a small amount of peanut butter and some peanuts on top, place in the freezer for 10 minutes
Cut the chocolate into small pieces, and melt by either using a microwave* or in a water bath (see below)
Add coconut oil to the melted chocolate, mix together
Using fork or a stick, dip each banana piece to cover it with chocolate and carefully put them on the parchment paper
Place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes
